ABOUT:
Benchmark Developments Limited is the management company for several associated businesses, based in Truro, Nova Scotia. Each company is looked after from our downtown Truro office at: 90 Esplanade, Suite 6 in the Truro Centre Mall.  

Benchmark Developments Limited was incorporated in 1985 by Ken Eisner, President.  Ken started with residential land development and the company has evolved into building management, construction and real estate development projects.
 
Over Benchmark’s 30 years in business, the office staff has grown from 1 to 10 people and we also employ additional staff for building maintenance and construction.  The combined companies now own and manage over 250,000 square feet of commercial space, 275 residential units and several residential subdivisions.

All projects are owned through a combination of local business people and local companies.  Emphasis has been on expansion and development in the Truro, Nova Scotia area.


Associated companies:

Annex Investments Limited’s focuses on commercial leasing and management in Truro and surrounding communities from New Glasgow to Kentville to Amherst.

Truro Centre Limited owns and operates the Truro Centre Mall on the Esplanade in the centre of Truro.

VC Investments Limited and Wolfville Court Holdings Limited own and operate residential apartments in Truro and Wolfville, NS.

Saywood Developments Limited and Saywood & Groves Holdings Limited focus on residential land developments.
